一般脫硫劑用一年左右就要更換。

進料出料要做到勤，至于有多勤，根據(jù)你進料的量來決定。

大出料時，要關閉連接脫硫瓶的開關，否則空氣進入脫硫瓶，引起脫硫劑發(fā)熱，可能會燒爆脫硫瓶。

定時清除積水。當看到壓力表上的指針在上下跳動時，就表示管道里有積水了。如果有積水瓶，就更方便了。
