沼氣脫硫劑使用6個月,必須更換。首先關閉沼氣凈化調壓器開關,打開沼氣凈化脫硫塔進出料口,將脫硫劑在出口掏凈,關閉出料口,在進料口填裝新脫硫塔,填滿后封閉進料口。 更換下的脫硫劑還可再使用,方法是:將更換下來的脫硫劑先除去碎沫,再把顆粒型劑放在陰涼、通風、干燥處2-4天,等到脫硫劑的顏色變成褐色,用塑料袋密封起來,不要受潮、曝曬、壓碎,等下次更換使用。換下來的脫硫劑多只能再用兩次,但再次使用時間只能在3-4個月。
