根據(jù)用戶的實(shí)際氣體氣量和氣體中硫化qing含量,專門量身設(shè)計(jì)外形尺寸和內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)。不同類型的氣體,不同氣體中硫化qing含量,不同氣體壓力設(shè)計(jì)的脫硫設(shè)備尺寸不同,內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)不同。為實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控再生過程中硫化物及多硫化物與空氣中的氧氣反應(yīng)速度,增加溫度監(jiān)控設(shè)備,避免因再生過程中通入空氣量過大,放熱反應(yīng)劇烈,溫度超過脫硫劑的燃點(diǎn),發(fā)生意外火災(zāi)。
