沼氣是一種清潔能源,可通過多種生物質發(fā)酵獲得。我國有著儲量巨大的生物質資源,包括農業(yè)、工業(yè)和城市固體廢棄物,及其他相關產業(yè)的副產品等。沼氣利用的途徑有多種,比如直接利用燃燒供熱、熱電聯(lián)產或者提純凈化后作為車載燃氣、家庭供熱、化工原料等天然氣使用。沼氣經(jīng)過提純凈化制備的生物天然氣,可以完全替代石化天然氣,根據(jù)現(xiàn)有技術水平和經(jīng)濟可行性,我國能轉化當量生物天然氣1200億立方米,可以大幅降低我國對石化天然氣依賴程度。
Biogas is a kind of clean energy, which can be obtained by fermentation of a variety of biomass. China has huge reserves of biomass resources, including agricultural, industrial and municipal solid waste, as well as by-products of other related industries. For example, there are many ways to use natural gas for heating, purification and chemical co generation after vehicle combustion, or directly use natural gas as heating raw materials. Biogas prepared by purification of biogas can completely replace petrochemical natural gas. According to the existing technical level and economic feasibility, China can convert 120 billion cubic meters of equivalent biological natural gas, which can greatly reduce China's dependence on Petrochemical Natural gas.
沼氣提純精制生物天然氣是沼氣提純凈化制備高品質生物天然氣、大幅提升甲烷利用品質的技術。目前沼氣脫碳的主要工藝包括有機胺吸收法、壓力水洗法、膜分離方法、變壓吸附法、物理吸收法、深冷分離法等。而本項目開發(fā)的沼氣加壓水洗技術集成了水洗脫碳過程中閃蒸技術的合理有效利用技術、吸收塔解吸塔內部核心部件的開發(fā)、同步回收二氧化碳技術、沼氣工程的能量集成系統(tǒng)設計和自動化控制系統(tǒng)設計等多個方面進行優(yōu)化設計和開發(fā)。本項目開發(fā)的沼氣加壓水洗技術結合撬裝設備的設計理念,可在各種處理規(guī)模的沼氣工程中加以應用推廣。
