1、沼氣從噴淋反應(yīng)器的下端進入,穿過填料層后從頂部離開,進入后續(xù)處理階段,在沼氣管道上應(yīng)設(shè)有流量計,以隨時監(jiān)測管道內(nèi)的沼氣流量,此外,在沼管道上還應(yīng)安裝有沼氣成份分析儀,以定時監(jiān)測沼氣中脫硫后沼氣內(nèi)的硫化氫含量和甲烷含量。
1. Biogas enters from the lower end of the spray reactor, leaves from the top after passing through the filler layer and enters the subsequent treatment stage. A flowmeter shall be set on the biogas pipeline to monitor the biogas flow in the pipeline at any time. In addition, a biogas composition analyzer shall be installed on the biogas pipeline to monitor the hydrogen sulfide content and methane content in the biogas after desulfurization.
2、噴淋培養(yǎng)液從曝氣反應(yīng)器泵出經(jīng)換熱器后至噴淋反應(yīng)塔上部進入,在實現(xiàn)噴淋循環(huán)的同時,通過換熱器使系統(tǒng)中培養(yǎng)液維持在一定的溫度環(huán)境下。
2. The spray culture liquid is pumped out of the aeration reactor through the heat exchanger to the upper part of the spray reaction tower. While realizing the spray cycle, the culture liquid in the system is maintained at a certain temperature environment through the heat exchanger.
3.在調(diào)試及運行的期間,先確定一個適合的溫度值。如果溫度下降,啟動換熱器熱水端的管道泵以升高溫度。當(dāng)溫度升高到設(shè)定值時,停止管道泵。
3. During commissioning and operation, determine a suitable temperature value first. If the temperature drops, start the pipeline pump at the hot water end of the heat exchanger to increase the temperature. When the temperature rises to the set value, stop the pipeline pump.
4、風(fēng)機采用了變頻控制,經(jīng)過培養(yǎng)液曝氣反應(yīng)器壁面上安裝的ORP(氧化還原電位計)來測定培養(yǎng)液之中的含氧量,并經(jīng)過變頻器調(diào)節(jié)控制風(fēng)機的出風(fēng)量,以使培養(yǎng)液之中的含氧量控制于適當(dāng)?shù)姆秶?/div>
4. The fan adopts frequency conversion control. The oxygen content in the culture medium is measured by ORP (redox potentiometer) installed on the wall of the culture medium aeration reactor, and the air output of the fan is adjusted and controlled by the frequency converter to control the oxygen content in the culture medium within an appropriate range.
5、在培養(yǎng)基曝氣反應(yīng)器壁上設(shè)置取樣口,人工采集培養(yǎng)基的pH值,判斷培養(yǎng)基中是否需要堿,堿的用量大小。通常來說,當(dāng)終端產(chǎn)物為元素硫時,不需在培養(yǎng)基中加入堿。當(dāng)終端產(chǎn)品為稀硫酸時,需要在培養(yǎng)基中加入堿,以保持培養(yǎng)基的中性要求。
5. A sampling port is set on the wall of the medium aeration reactor to manually collect the pH value of the medium to judge whether alkali is needed in the medium and the amount of alkali. Generally speaking, when the end product is elemental sulfur, it is not necessary to add alkali to the culture medium. When the end product is dilute sulfuric acid, alkali needs to be added to the culture medium to maintain the neutral requirements of the culture medium.
6、理想的操作模式是每天更換一部分培養(yǎng)基。培養(yǎng)基的來源可通過沼液后的過濾和稀釋進行調(diào)節(jié),調(diào)節(jié)方式須經(jīng)試驗確定。由于沼液原料不同,置換量也需要現(xiàn)場試驗后確定,一般數(shù)據(jù)為每天更換數(shù)量的1/20至1/30。排出系統(tǒng)外的培養(yǎng)液需經(jīng)過沉淀,以便在排出多余的培養(yǎng)液同時,從系統(tǒng)中帶走可能存在的單質(zhì)硫等固體物質(zhì)。不同的沼氣液可能不相同,使用何種營養(yǎng)液,具體要求和數(shù)量盡量是在調(diào)試時解決這個問題。
6. The ideal mode of operation is to change part of the medium every day. The source of culture medium can be adjusted by filtration and dilution after biogas slurry, and the adjustment method must be determined by test. Due to different biogas slurry raw materials, the replacement amount also needs to be determined after field test. The general data is 1 / 20 to 1 / 30 of the replacement amount per day. The culture solution discharged from the system needs to be precipitated to take away the possible solid substances such as elemental sulfur from the system while discharging the excess culture solution. Different biogas liquid may be different. The specific requirements and quantity of nutrient liquid to be used shall be solved during commissioning.
