3、投料前需去除原料中大的雜物，防止進(jìn)料泵堵塞。投料過程中，注意觀察出料是否正常，避免出料口堵塞。厭氧發(fā)酵池配備了循環(huán)攪拌裝置的，應(yīng)避免在進(jìn)料前2h至進(jìn)料后2h的時段內(nèi)開啟。
3. Large impurities in raw materials should be removed before feeding to prevent blockage of feeding pump. 4、操作人員日常巡查及維修時需做好安全防護(hù)，上下爬梯，在構(gòu)筑物上以及敞開池，井邊巡視和操作時，應(yīng)防止滑倒或墜落，雨天注意防滑。

6、確保沼氣罐、貯氣柜安全閥保持正壓，不得形成常壓，嚴(yán)禁形成負(fù)壓，壓力低于常規(guī)值時，應(yīng)關(guān)小或停止使用，嚴(yán)格檢查。

7、沼氣生產(chǎn)區(qū)要在醒目位置張貼“嚴(yán)禁煙火”標(biāo)志，必須配備消防設(shè)施，禁止放置易燃易爆物品，嚴(yán)禁煙火，嚴(yán)禁違章明火作業(yè)。管理及操作人員應(yīng)熟悉使用滅火裝置。
7.
