(1)完善可再生能源鼓勵(lì)政策，針對(duì)沼氣工程的能量多層次應(yīng)用和物質(zhì)循環(huán)應(yīng)用，既產(chǎn)生節(jié)能減排的公益性又帶來(lái)環(huán)境效益，政府應(yīng)加大財(cái)政補(bǔ)貼和扶持力度，給予一些優(yōu)惠政策，鼓舞開(kāi)展；

(2)增強(qiáng)沼氣工程新技術(shù)和新設(shè)備研發(fā)，進(jìn)步效率，降低工程本錢(qián)。特別是合適偏僻地域和孤島等地綜合應(yīng)用的小型沼氣應(yīng)用技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)；
(2) Enhance the research and development of new technologies and equipment for biogas engineering, improve efficiency and reduce project cost. Especially suitable for the development of small-scale biogas application technology in remote areas and isolated islands.
(3)對(duì)多原料高濃度結(jié)合發(fā)酵技術(shù)研討，保證產(chǎn)氣原料充足，進(jìn)步安裝產(chǎn)氣率。沼氣工程向集中化、大型化的方向開(kāi)展，進(jìn)步工程經(jīng)濟(jì)性和能源效率；
(3) Discuss the technology of multi-raw material high concentration combined with fermentation to ensure sufficient raw materials for gas production and improve installation gas production rate. The biogas project should be carried out in the direction of centralization and large-scale, so as to improve the economy and energy efficiency of the project.
(4沼氣綜合應(yīng)用技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)，展開(kāi)沼氣提純技術(shù)，可使沼氣注入自然氣網(wǎng)用做燃料，或替代汽油、柴油用于車輛，完成沼氣應(yīng)用高端化，進(jìn)步能源效益。
(4) The development of comprehensive application technology of biogas and the development of biogas purification technology can make biogas injected into natural gas network as fuel or replace gasoline and diesel oil for vehicles to achieve high-end application of biogas and improve energy efficiency.

(6沼氣脫硫技術(shù)開(kāi)展相對(duì)較成熟，但仍有很多弊端，需進(jìn)一步完善，防止形成二次污染，完成循環(huán)應(yīng)用。
