3、沼氣生物脫硫工藝簡介

本規(guī)劃按廢水處理才能規(guī)劃;每天去除COD總量21600kg,為每天處理9750m?沼氣。處理前沼氣的含硫化氫濃度(理論估計值)15000ppm;處理后的沼氣含硫化氫濃度不大于100ppm。

本沼氣生物脫硫工藝分三個單元:脫硫洗刷 -- 洗刷液生物再生(循環(huán)運用) -- 單質硫別離。如下圖示:

堿性的生物H2S吸收液在完結吸收使命后搜集與洗刷塔塔底,進入洗刷液生物凈化反應器,反應器中的微生物將液體中吸收的硫化物轉化成單質硫,一起使洗刷液再生并堅持堿度。單質硫在硫別離器中別離出體系,單質硫脫水后能夠進一步利用,或可直接作為化肥出售,再生的上清液循環(huán)回洗刷塔,去脫除氣體中的硫化氫。
After completing the absorption mission, the alkaline biological H2S absorbent was collected and scrubbed at the bottom of the scrubbing tower, and then entered the scrubbing liquid bio-purification reactor. The microorganisms in the reactor converted the sulfide absorbed in the liquid into elemental sulfur, which together regenerated the scrubbing liquid and maintained its basicity. The elemental sulfur is separated from the system in the sulfur separator, which can be further utilized after dehydration or sold as fertilizer. The regenerated supernatant can be recycled to the scrubber to remove hydrogen sulfide from the gas.
